This project is a complete remodel located on the Golf Course and Lake at Mc.Cormac Ranch, Scottsdale, AZ. Here we turned the "Sow's ear into the silk purse". The criteria involved tight lot constraints forcing us to go up rather han out. We actually titled this one from; Taco Bell to Beverly Hills.
